In March of this year, the first pick of the Isfahan Cancer Center, Omid, was struck on the ground in a 2-square-meter plot of land in Isfahan by the goodwill of the city's benefactors. It was commissioned in year 2 and in year 3 cancer diagnostic and prevention clinic. After the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the hospital was renamed as Mubarak the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The hospital was initially monitored by the university and removed from the cancer-fighting population. In the years after the revolution, the first linear accelerator and then the second one were purchased and put into operation. In the year 5, the building of the 5th floor, No. 5, was completed by the well-respected benefactors who were always with the hospital. The new building was equipped with modern equipment in various parts, including the laboratory, making the hospital unique in its kind and one of the most active in the country. The hospital is currently staffed by the University's faculty and dedicated staff in the most advanced and well-equipped cancer treatment and specialty education centers nationwide, according to many foreign doctors and specialists who visit the center. The quality of service provided is in line with world standards.
